How it works
Start with a photo you already have.
The product, portrait, approval, payment and production checks happen in that order.
1. Choose a piece
Each piece comes with its design already set. Choose one, then pick from its currently available options. Price and availability are checked again before checkout.
2. Sign in and add your pet photos
Sign in first, so your photos and designs stay private to your account. Then upload one to three clear photos that you own or have permission to use. If the face or defining markings are not clear enough, we may ask for another photo before an order can continue.
3. Review and approve
Review the portrait, product, options, quantity and price together. Checkout opens only after you approve that version.
4. Check out
Payment confirms the version you approved as the order reference.
5. Final checks, production and delivery
After payment, product availability and production files are checked again. Tracking appears only after a real carrier tracking fact exists.
